Dr. Alex Strahan - presenter

Specialist Sport & Exercise Medicine Physician

Dr Alex Strahan is a medical doctor who is a Specialist Sport & Exercise Medicine Physician. He works in private practice at SportsMed Subiaco, and is also head doctor for the West Coast Eagles, where he treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sport related concussions.

Phoebe Freeman - presenter

APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist

Phoebe completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle (2012) along with a Masters of Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University (2019), where she developed a keen interest in concussion assessment and management. This led to completing post-graduate concussion training along with co-authoring research on the reliability of concussion video signs in the AFL. Phoebe has previously presented her research at both national and international conferences, including the World Congress of Physical Therapy, Australian Physiotherapy Association Conference and the Sports Medicine Australia Conference. Phoebe currently works with Subiaco WAFL Club and Western Roar WANL teams, and travels internationally with the Australian Paralympic Alpine Team.
